The Cornish Seal Sanctuary is a rescue company/attraction, for injured and stranded seals and other sea life. Mostly funded through donations and fundraising, the sanctuary is a Visitor Attraction, based in Gweek, just outside Helston, on the Lizard Peninsular.
The sanctuary offers recovery and rescue to those seals who need it. With a long term plan of nursing them back to good health, signing them off, with a view to releasing them back into the sea, as soon as possible.
The Visitor Centre offers feeding sessions and experiences, to the whole family. Like Paradise Park, the sanctuary covers a small area of land, making an ideal visit for a few hours.
