The Lizard Peninsular is England’s most southerly point.
Home to the small village of The Lizard, and the most southerly land lighthouse. On foggy days beware the fog horn, which is super loud! The light house and heritage centre, are back from the point, you can also find the old lifeboat house and ramp alongside.
In the main square, you will find a good selection of gift shops, souvenirs and restaurants. Ample parking is available in the centre with an honesty box, for parking donations, from visitors alike.
Don’t forget, a real Cornish pasty, from the infamous Ann’s Pasties. The big yellow house on the street, you cannot miss it!
