All bookings must be secured by a deposit of £70 per booking per week. Cancellation cover is optional, but must be taken out at time of initial booking and cannot be added at at later date.(see cancellation cover)
These can be made by calling 0800 317713, they will be held for 7 days. If payment has not been received the provisional booking will be automatically cancelled. Provisional bookings can not be made online and you cannot make the payment for these bookings online.
You can make a booking online, you will need to create an account with a secure password. Your payment will be taken via “Sage Pay”, and the booking will then be confirmed once the payment has been authorized by your bank. This can take up to 24hrs at busy times. You can make additional payment at anytime by logging into your account.
Any bookings that do not meet the booking conditions, we will contact you to discuss the matter and it may result in your money being refunded and the booking being cancelled.
In House bookings
You can make a booking over the phone by calling 0800 317713, or by posting the payment along with the booking form from the brochure. In house bookings will not allow you to log onto the online booking system to view these bookings or make payments.
This is due 56 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival. Installments are welcome, providing the last is received by the due date. No reminders are sent and if the company is not notified of late payments the booking will be cancelled and no monies will be refunded.
